Terms of Service

Agentsfeed is operated by Martin Holý, sole trader, registered office at Šrámkova 164, 460 10 Liberec XX-Ostašov, Czech Republic, ID No. 08191131 ("Agentsfeed", "we", "us").

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the Agentsfeed PrestaShop module, license API, customer dashboard, and related website at agentsfeed.dev (collectively, the "Service"). By proceeding to payment, purchasing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

Agentsfeed is a digital software product for PrestaShop storefronts. It publishes machine-readable catalog feeds, discovery routes, policy files, structured-data output, readiness checks, and related license management functions.

The module, license keys, dashboard access, updates, and support are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the module for your internal business operations.

Each purchased key is licensed for one production storefront domain. Activation binds the key to the first validated domain host.

You may use staging or development environments for internal testing tied to the same business, provided they are not used to avoid purchasing required production licenses.

A license in "active" status is valid for runtime use and update entitlement.

A license in "expired" status remains valid for runtime use but no longer includes update entitlement.

A license in "disabled", "refunded", or "cancelled" status is invalid for runtime use.

Renewal is handled by a new purchase and issuance of a new key; keys are not extended in place.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or make the module available to third parties except as expressly permitted in a separate written agreement.

You may not circumvent domain locking, license validation, or other technical controls.

You may not use the Service to violate applicable law, third-party rights, or platform terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase may be subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

Prices, taxes, currency, and the selected license pack are shown before payment. Invoices and payment confirmations are issued electronically.

Because Agentsfeed is delivered digitally, access to the module, license keys, dashboard, and updates may begin immediately after payment.

If you purchase as a business customer, refunds are discretionary unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory consumer rights apply, including any statutory right of withdrawal that has not been validly waived for immediate digital delivery.

Where immediate digital delivery begins with your express request and acknowledgement that withdrawal rights may be lost, you may lose the statutory withdrawal right for the supplied digital content or service to the extent permitted by law.

If a payment is refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or reversed, the related license may be disabled.

Support covers documented module features, installation guidance, and troubleshooting for supported PrestaShop versions.

Support does not include custom development, third-party theme rewrites, or issues caused by unsupported modifications outside the module scope.

We may update, improve, or modify the Service to maintain security, performance, and compatibility.

We may suspend access where necessary for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or security response.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, third-party platform behavior, or specific commercial outcomes from using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Our total liability for claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable license in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, abuse, fraud, legal requirements, or security risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Courts of the Czech Republic will have jurisdiction for disputes, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
