Agent carts, not agent purchases
Agentsfeed is built for controlled cart handoff. It does not create orders, charge cards, call payment modules, or store payment details.

Cart creation appears only when Agent Actions and public issuance are enabled.
Every cart action is logged for review in the module admin.
Agents can create anonymous carts, but they cannot create orders or complete payment.
